• Specifications provided by you must be accurate

• Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of order

• Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit

• Orders will not begin production until payment terms are satisfied

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping and/or freight delivery for our products.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery or handoff to the carrier

• You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery

Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Installation and Use

If installation services are provided or arranged:

• You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is suitable and prepared

• We are not liable for structural issues, improper installation conditions, or modifications made after delivery

Improper use, modification, or installation of the product voids any applicable warranty.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders are non-refundable

• Standard (non-custom) products may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to approval

• Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees

Cancellations:

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins

• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started

8. Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper installation

• Unauthorized modifications

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
